Adaptive Growth Co provides digital marketing consulting and management services for e-commerce brands, including but not limited to: Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, analytics and tracking setup, SEO, and email marketing strategy. All services are subject to a separate engagement agreement between you and Adaptive Growth Co.

2. Free Audit

We offer a complimentary audit of advertising accounts at no charge. The audit report is yours to keep regardless of whether you engage our ongoing services. The audit provides recommendations based on our professional assessment at the time of review and does not constitute a guarantee of future results.

3. No Guarantees of Results

While we strive to improve advertising performance for our clients, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control, including market conditions, product-market fit, competition, and platform algorithm changes. Performance metrics referenced on our Site (such as ROAS targets or waste reduction estimates) are based on past audit findings and are not guarantees of future performance. Individual results vary by account.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information and timely access to advertising accounts
• Maintain ownership and administrative access to all your advertising and analytics accounts
• Review and approve advertising budgets and major strategy changes
• Comply with all applicable advertising platform policies and laws

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client data, account information, and business details as confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. Further details are available in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Adaptive Growth Co and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Site content without our written consent.

7. Account Access

To provide our services, you may grant us access to your advertising and analytics accounts. You retain full ownership of all accounts at all times. Upon termination of services, we will promptly remove our access or transfer any assets back to your control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adaptive Growth Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable engagement agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our Site for any user who violates these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms
